Changed your mind? Let's make it easy.

We built The Body Squeegee because we love it and we think you will too. But if it's not your thing, we're not going to make you jump through flaming hoops to send it back. Here's exactly how it works.

The short version

• You've got 30 days from the day it arrives to start a return.
• Send it back with all the original packaging: box, inserts, everything it came in.
• We refund what you paid for the product. If you want us to email you a prepaid return shipping label, we'll deduct the cost of that label from your refund.

How to send one back

1. Email us within 30 days of delivery and tell us your order number and what's up.
2. Pack it up in its original packaging: box, inserts, the works.
3. Ship it back. Use your own label, or ask us to send you a prepaid one (we'll just take the label cost out of your refund).
4. Once it lands with us, we process your refund to your original payment method.

How your refund is calculated

Simple math: you get back the return value of the product. If you asked us for a prepaid shipping label, we subtract what that label cost from your refund. That's it. No restocking surprises, no mystery fees.

If you cover the return shipping yourself, you keep the full product refund.

The fine print (the actually-important stuff)

• 30-day window: Returns have to be started within 30 days of the delivery date. After that, we can't accept them.
• Original packaging required: The product needs to come back in its original box and inserts. Returns without packaging can't be accepted.
• Refund timing: Refunds post to your original payment method once we receive and check the return. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
• Original shipping: What you paid to have your order shipped to you originally isn't refundable.

Got a damaged or wrong item?

That one's on us. Different rules entirely. If your order showed up damaged, defective, or just wrong, don't return anything yet. Email us with a photo and we'll sort it out fast, no label cost to you.

This policy applies to orders placed directly through thebodysqueegee.com. Orders purchased through Amazon or other retailers follow that retailer's return policy.
